Nothing. FlowDay does not collect any personal information, usage statistics, crash reports, or analytics of any kind. We have no visibility into how you use the app.
All data you create in FlowDay — including tasks, categories, priorities, focus session history, and settings — is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
FlowDay works completely offline. No internet connection is required, and no data is synchronized to any external server.
If you choose to enable notifications, FlowDay uses iOS local notifications only. Notification content (task reminders and daily planning prompts) is generated entirely on your device. No notification content or scheduling data is sent to any server.
You can disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → FlowDay.
FlowDay does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or behavioral tracking SDKs. There are no external services with access to your data.
FlowDay does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Since we collect no personal data from any user, this policy applies equally to users of all ages.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can permanently delete it at any time by uninstalling the app. No backup of your data exists on our servers, as no data is ever sent to us.
If we update this privacy policy, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
